NiTriShape is your mesh, it contains actual mesh data, material data and in this case dismemberment data. In our case there are NiTriShape and NiNode inside the main node. If you want to create armor, you can extract default bodies from actors folder, armor from armor folder and weapons from weapons folder respectively.
